Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShipX (shipx.live). By signing in or using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

• You sign in with X. Your ShipX account is tied to that X account and can’t be transferred to another.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t share access or create accounts to circumvent eligibility or limits.
• You must be old enough to use X in your country.

Eligibility to launch

Launching is available to accounts below the follower threshold shown on How it works, verified by us through the X API. We may re-verify at any time. Launching on behalf of an ineligible person or organisation, or acquiring an account to qualify, is not allowed.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant ShipX a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and promote it on ShipX and in ShipX’s marketing.
• You must have the rights to everything you submit, and listings must be accurate. Don’t submit products you didn’t build or aren’t authorised to represent.
• No spam, malware, scams, illegal products, hateful or sexual content, or impersonation.

Community rules

• No fake engagement: don’t buy, trade, or automate supports, comments, or follows.
• Be respectful in comments. Harassment and abuse are removed.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable we’ll tell you why.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your products and contributions as described in the privacy policy.

Changes to ShipX

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including the follower threshold, launch capacity, and pricing.

Paid features

Premium launches and sponsored placements are optional, always labelled, and don’t affect community ranking. They don’t guarantee traffic, users, or any particular outcome. See the refund policy.

Disclaimers

ShipX is provided “as is”. We don’t endorse listed products and aren’t responsible for third-party sites you visit from ShipX. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
