About iKnowMyMac
iKnowMyMac is a macOS utility that explains what is happening on your Mac. It groups helper processes under the app they belong to, so 922 processes become 61 app rows with combined CPU and memory totals, and it ranks the causes of slowness using the last hour of on-device history.
Four problems each have an answer: why the Mac is slow, what is filling the disk, what drained the battery overnight, and which dev servers, ports and simulators are still running. Storage, sleep and project views list every item before anything moves, and the only cleanup action is Move to Trash.
There is also a section for developers working with local models and coding agents, showing loaded models, the memory they hold and whether the next one fits. Version 1.4 adds Package Watch, Agent Undo and a failure explanation view.
It is a one-time purchase, notarized by Apple, for Apple silicon and macOS 15 and later. Diagnosis runs are reported as measured on the maker's test Mac, and demo figures are simulated.

Activity Monitor lists every helper process on its own line and does not say what is wrong or why, so finding the cause of a slow Mac, a full disk or overnight battery drain takes manual digging.

iKnowMyMac groups helpers under their app with totals, ranks the causes of slowness with evidence from 30 days of history, and offers one fix per cause that always asks for confirmation first.
03 · What makes it different
It explains the cause rather than only listing processes, keeps diagnosis on-device, and limits cleanup to Move to Trash so anything can be put back.
