## About

VisuMerge lets web agencies send a private review link so clients can show changes directly on a real staging site. Clients click an element and rewrite copy, adjust style, swap an image or hide a section, with undo and redo. Nothing touches your code, repository or server; edits are preview-only in the browser.

Each accepted request becomes a typed change with the element fingerprint and before/after values. You can accept or reject changes individually, then copy an implementation brief in Markdown or download a versioned JSON ChangeSet.

The output is designed for developers and coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. It is built for agencies running revision rounds across scattered feedback channels, and setup is one script tag on staging with an inert widget that only activates for valid review links.

## The problem

Client feedback arrives across email, screenshots, chat threads, voice notes and calls, and someone has to decode it into developer tasks for every revision round.

## The solution

Clients make edits on the real staging page through a private review link, and VisuMerge turns accepted edits into a structured, typed ChangeSet with an implementation brief for developers or coding agents.

## What makes it different

The review happens on the actual staging page with four schema-validated change types, and client text is fenced as data so it cannot pose as instructions to a coding agent.

## Who it's for

Web agencies and their clients who review revisions on staging sites built with AI coding agents.
