## About

HEXACRYON is a browser tower-defense game set in 2089, after an AI called NULL splits the planetary network apart. As an Operator, you mine Data, Silicon and Quantum, build walls, Firewalls, Compute Clusters and Scramblers around your Core Server, and defend against NULL's waves each night.

Runs follow a four-step loop: mine during the day, build during the day, defend at night, and connect three Network Nodes at any time to switch on the Secure Mesh. Capturing those nodes forms a defense network, and where you place them changes what your defenses can do.

You can play solo through all five nights or in co-op with 2 to 8 Operators by sharing a room code or joining a public game. A short tutorial covers mining, building and defending, and no account is needed to try it.
